A native to the area. I was born & raised in Georgetown, SC. I grew up on the coast, specifically Pawleys Island, where my grandparents owned a beach house in the heart of Pawleys Island. As a child my family & I spent most summers hanging out on the beach, playing in the sand, catching blue crabs in the creek, clam digging, & fishing. My father, Pat Siau, is the State Farm insurance agent in Georgetown, SC. My mother is Etta Siau who now resides in Columbia, SC. I also have a brother Clay Siau who also resides in Columbia, SC.

I left the area during my college years & to pursue other opportunities. I lived in Columbia, SC and attended Columbia College. I, also, lived in Charlotte, NC where I worked in the healthcare industry.

After about 12 years away I realized how much I missed the smell of salt air. I relocated to the coastal area in 2006. And decided on a career change. I feel both decisions are thus far the best one I have made. I am very excited about my future in real estate .
